Aloe vera gel can help to reduce wrinkles to a small extent, especially if your fine lines are due to dry skin. Aloe vera gel helps to moisturise and hydrate your skin.
However, if you have wrinkles due to expressions (dynamic wrinkles), you might need anti-wrinkle injections like botox to soften your expression lines.
