Thank you for your question! Tretinoin can indeed help improve the syringomas because of their keratolytic (skin peeling) effects. They may not completely resolve, however, and may require prolonged used before any results are visible.
Since the lower eyelids have very thin skin, they might be very dry and sensitive as well. I would recommend starting a lower concentration first, before moving it up as prescribed by your doctor.
