I have not experienced any PDO thread rejection in my practice. PDO threads are usually free-floating, unanchored threads which may get dislodged, unlike anchored threads.
However, if you are worried about the material involved causing the rejection. There are a number of reliable brand threads in Singapore that are made of PCL and PLLA. So you may consider using these instead.
