The pictures are slightly a blur, but from what I can see, I'm assuming you are bothered by the flattening and slight indentation at the very tip of the nose, which gives it an appearance of a lack of real tip.
This is largely due to the relationship and angle of the underlying cartilage of the nose - in this case the lower lateral cartilage of the nose. The adherent skin over it emphasises this as in indentation.
This picture presents the nose when viewed from bottom-up, with the deep lower lateral cartilages (medial, middle and lateral crura) shown superimposed over the nose.
Possible temporary solutions to increasing both your nasal tip projection and angulation is the use of hyaluronic acid fillers which can be done in about 20 minutes to help reshape the tip and prop up the base of the nose. These fillers last about a year to a year and a half and must be repeated ever so often.
More permanent solutions include surgical options where the cartilage itself can be manipulated and additional supporting cartilage can be added to improve your nasal tip and projection.
