You may have eczema and/or macular amyloidosis. A sun-sensitive rash and contact dermatitis are also possibilities that need to be excluded.
You will probably need to see your doctor for a full assessment before appropriate treatment may be prescribed.
Treatment often includes a gentle cleanser, moisturizers, topical steroids to be use judiciously and oral antihistamines for added itch relief. A short course of antibiotics may be needed to eliminate secondary bacterial infections from the broken skin due to scratching.
