Firstly, we need to have a clear diagnosis. Possible reasons include eczema, urticaria, fungal infection, parasitic infection etc. Itch management will only be effective once we get that sorted - by treating the underlying cause.
TCM has a different diagnostic principle as to western medicine. TCM seeks to find out the syndrome that is causing your itch through collection of signs and symptoms, assessment of tongue and pulse. Some examples are "Wind-Heat", "Dampness-heat", "Spleen deficiency with dampness retention" and "Blood deficiency". Therefore, I will not be able to tell you which one you belong to, unless a physical consultation is done.
Common modalities used are herbal prescription and acupuncture.
