Hi, usually we will start with 1cc of the filler (because they come in 1cc syringes ). And we inject cautiously until the desired chin shape is reached.
A sharp pointy chin in a female will need less filler than a man (who needs a more gentle squarish chin).
After years of experience, we can roughly estimate how much is needed more accurately by visual assessment.
