Gynaecomastia is different from simply being manboobs; there is a glandular component in addition to a fat component.

This breast glandular tissue needs to be removed in order to have a complete correction. If you have gynaecomastia, you should be able to feel a firm breast disc. To determine this definitively, your doctor will suggest for an ultrasound.
