TCA cross is an effective method of treating large pores and deep ice pick acne scars. It will help to break down the scars and stimulate collagen formation to lift the deep scars/ pores. There may be slight redness at the treated areas for 1 to 2 weeks. The best result is usually seen 1 to 2 months after the procedure as collagen formation takes time.
Most people will need a few sessions and you can expect ~20% improvement after each treatment. Consult a doctor to get a proper assessment first to see if you are suitable for this treatment as this procedure has downtime and risk of PIH (post inflammatory hyperpigmentation).
