Good questions! Venus Legacy is a multi-polar Radio-frequency treatment. Radio-frequency treatments, in general, are effective non-surgical skin tightening treatments. The other technology is HIFU technology.

There are several multipolar RF devices in Singapore for skin tightening - Venus Legacy, EndyMed RF are common examples.
Multipolar and Bipolar RF treatments work based on bulk heating of superficial skin to cause collagen stimulation and skin tightening. Usually 5 - 10 treatment sessions are needed for mild to moderate loose skin. More sessions may be needed if you have more loose skin.
Other RF systems like Infini are Fractional RF systems with microneedling. These allow for deeper delivery of RF energy through micro-needles. Fewer treatment sessions are needed to achieve results.
