Hi,
A superficial abrasion of the skin (aka torn skin) heals best in a sterile, moisture-controlled environment.
In this respect, gentle wound cleansing followed by application of an antiseptic or antibiotic ointment will help the abrasion heal quickly without complication.
A non-stick sterile dressing such as melolin or hydrocolloid dressing such as duoderm will also help in the healing process.
