I would consider a consult with a doctor to properly diagnose your condition. Your pictures are unclear but I do see some comedonal acne.
That is a mild form of acne that is easily treated with just some skin topicals. Get it properly diagnosed to be sure.
If it is not that severe, you may also consider some over the counter topicals from your local pharmacy.
