Just as a little addition to my colleague's fine recommendations -
Fillers such as hyaluronic acid or other strong collagen stimulators (Radiesse etc) help to lift and synergistically treat the atrophic, depressed scar, producing definitively better short and long term results.
I strongly recommend the addition of such a modality when managing the above concern to produce more pleasing outcomes.
