Thank you for the question and the accompanying photos. It seems that you have a combination of a few types of acne scars, with acne pigmentation marks, and may still be suffering from occasional acne.
As a first step, I would recommend a 3-5 sessions of subcision to remodel the floor of the deep scars, raise them up, such that they become more level with the surrounding skin. I usually complement the subcision sessions with Rejuran S. This product contains PN/PDRN extracted from salmon sources and has been shown to be effective in raising deep scars while stimulating collagen within the atrophic scars.
As a second step, I would recommend a course of fractional resurfacing laser through the FOTONA SP Dynamis. The Erbium YAG laser energy from this machine are stable and precise, allowing us to provide a controlled resurfacing of the skin, giving a smoother texture.
Throughout the treatment process, we will need to treat concurrent acne breakouts, as they are a source of new acne scar development. These usually include topical creams, medical extractions, and antibiotics.
