HIFU treatment is definitely safe during breastfeeding. As the treatment is ultrasound-based and directed purely at the skin, there is absolutely no concern of any risk to your child via breast milk transmission.
This applies to other aesthetic laser procedures as well.
Potential risks, however, exist with some oral medication and injections, so exercise caution for such treatments and discuss fully with your preferred aesthetic doctor.
