From the photo, you may not have a true cyst but an acne cyst which is an inflammatory pseudocyst. A true cyst has a wall and hence only surgical removal is effected.
The key principle in managing an inflammatory pseudocyst is to reduce inflammation. Therapies to reduce inflammation include the use of oral antibiotics and intralesional low dose steroids.
Do see a doctor for a closer examination so that the diagnosis can be definitively made so that the appropriate therapy may be given.
