It is difficult to be sure if our stools contain blood just by its gross appearance or on a photo. This is due to various light conditions and environmental factors which can affect our judgement. If you see fresh bloodstains on toilet paper after your bowel movement, this is more definite although one will not be able to tell the actual location of the bleed.
If you are concerned about possible bleeding or the red stains occur repeatedly, I suggest you get a proper evaluation by your family doctor to decide if further investigations are indicated.
