From the photos, your skin appears dry, irritated and inflamed. You may have eczema or superficial skin inflammation. The cause may be due to internal sensitivity (e.g. atopic dermatitis) or due to external factors.
An external factor causing eczema is called contact dermatitis and needs to be carefully excluded by a detailed history of what you may have applied to the affected area.
Contact dermatitis may be further divided into irritant e.g. use of harsh soaps, powders or allergic e.g. fragrances, preservatives, anti-fungals. A patch test performed by a dermatologist may be required to help identify the contact allergen.
