I would advise that you consult a doctor regarding the numbness in your limbs. A multitude of conditions can cause numbness. Only through a very thorough medical history and physical examination, will the doctor be able to diagnose the cause of the numbness.

Common causes of numbness include:

  • poorly controlled diabetes usually presenting with numbness starting from and affecting the fingers and toes
  • individual peripheral nerves compression causing only numbness of one particular limb
  • a spine issue with pressing of the nerves, thus resulting in numbness of the limbs as well.
