It is best that you clarify this with your attending doctor.
If you are still on Accutane 20mg/day, it is likely that your acne is still active. As such, all forms of acne scar treatment including subcision should probably be deferred until your active acne is fully controlled.
Some studies have indicated that it may be safe to commence acne scar treatment while on Accutane. Personally, I would prefer a more cautious and conservative approach. I would recommend deferring invasive acne scar treatment like subcision for at least 6 months after completion of Accutane treatment.
Even if wound healing is not compromised by Accutane, your skin is likely to be more sensitive and irritable. It may make recovery from subcision more uncomfortable.
