From the photos, it appears you primarily have papular acne scars on the nose rather than phymatous rosacea.
Papular acne scars on the nose are challenging to treat but I have found, in my experience, that Fractional CO2 resurfacing can give modest improvement of 25-50% after 3-5 treatment sessions.
