While pico-lasers are pigment lasers used to treat laser responsive pigmentation, pico-laser treatment can induce post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation which may take several months to resolve. This is especially so when treating darker or tanned skin or if there is significant UV exposure soon after laser treatment.
It is best that you see your performing doctor who will probably be in the best position to assess your condition and to determine if the dark spots are side effects of the pico-laser treatment.
