Hi,
The large open pores on the nose may be improved by a combination of topical retinoids to minimize comedone formation that makes the pores appear larger followed by fractional CO2 to actually reduce the pore size.
The topical retinoids will take 2-3 months before clinical improvement is seen. Thereafter, several sessions of fractional CO2 lasering will be needed to obtain optimal pore size reduction.
