Thank you for your question. I agree with Dr Colin. It is important to get the right diagnosis before proceeding with treatment.
Apart from applying topical anti-fungal cream to the groin area, you can also try to keep the area dry and wear non-occlusive clothing when possible. Mild steroid cream can also be added to help with the itch. Hope this helps!
