Floaters are caused by degeneration of the vitreous jelly in the eye. The condition is self-limiting most of the time, meaning that it can resolve spontaneously by itself with or without specific treatment.
If the condition is severe or obstructing your vision, you can consider opting for laser surgery to break the floaters into smaller pieces. Otherwise, there are also other options such as vitrectomy.
I would strongly advise you to consult with your eye surgeon for further advice. He/ she would be the best person who can advise you with a suitable treatment for your condition.
