Without photos of your throat or the opportunity to examine you, it would be difficult to tell what the bumps in your throat would be. However, the most common reason for the appearance of small benign-looking bumps in the throat is what is commonly known as a "Cobblestone throat".
Cobblestone throat is due to overgrowth of lymphatic tissues in the throat. The most common reason for this is postnasal drip (mucous irritation from the nose and sinuses) and acid reflux from the stomach (medically known as laryngopharyngeal reflux).
I would suggest a visit to a general practitioner or ENT Specialist for an assessment to clear your concern.
