You are not wrong in that very few clinics or doctors in Singapore favour doing subcision and TCA cross, as they are time consuming and technically laborious.
You are also not wrong that they are effective methods for acne scars. With good patient selection, results will be optimal.
I personally like doing subcision and TCA cross for patients, but do note they are not a single session, and can require 2 – 3 sessions of each treatment. TCA cross also involves some social downtime, so please take note of that.
