As a follow up answer, this is because Singapore’s Ministry of Health feels that there is no benefit or proven science behind meso-lipo.
Singapore has a reputation (good or bad) of being very conservative, and as such has chosen the more hard-lined stand of not allowing it.
Similarly, PRP which is widely used as “vampire facial” in neighbouring countries is not allowed in Singapore.
