Thank you for the question. The red and scaly patch between your eyebrows maybe do to a condition called seborrheic eczema which commonly affects this area. This condition may also cause dandruff.
You can consider applying some moisturizes to the area or even a very low potency topical steroid like hydrocortisone to the area to see if this rash clears up.
If it is still persistent, I do suggest you visit the doctor or dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and for further management.
