I'm sorry to hear about your persistent blurry and distorted vision after 2 retinal detachment surgeries.
Unfortunately this is not an unusual finding, as such symptoms may occur due to post operation epiretinal membrane, striae across the macula (previous macular-off retinal detachment), or from post-operative proliferative vitreo-retinopathy .
Other ophthalmic complications not related to the retina detachment, but to the surgery itself include secondary cataract formation, or refractive error after a buckle is placed.
You should consult your attending ophthalmologist for a thorough evaluation and a detailed discussion of your current situation. Your attending doctor would be best placed to advise how you can move forward in addressing your concerns.
