From a Western medicine point of view, I am unable to recommend the use of TCM or detox or alternative medications as there is insufficient medical evidence for the use of these treatments for psoriasis. While I have some patients who have told me that TCM was helpful for their psoriasis, I have other patients who have feedback that they had tried TCM without success. These are all anecdotal evidence and I can therefore not recommend these treatments.
