There are many possible causes of a growth on the nose and it is best to get it assessed. A skin biopsy may be necessary to confirm the diagnosis. If it is a viral wart on the nose, this can be removed by electrocautery or liquid nitrogen treatment.
For the warty growths on the neck and armpits, they may be skin tags. This can be removed by electrosurgery if it bothers you.
