Thank you for the question. There are a number of treatments for treating acne. Simple over the counter medications like benzoyl peroxide can be helpful. However, I do note that you have quite a bit of inflammatory acne on your face.
If the acne is persistent and recurrent, you can consider seeing your doctor/dermatologist for some prescription medications. Topicals medications like tretinoin cream and topical antibiotics may be helpful.
But in more stubborn and severe cases, oral antibiotics or acne medications like isotretinoin may be helpful. You can discuss these treatment options with your doctor.
