From your photo, it appears you have some prominence of your hair follicles associated with some comedones and hyperpigmentation on your cheek.
Examples of comedones are blackheads and whiteheads.
For treatment, you can start with a gentle wash and moisturiser, a medical-grade lightening cream as well as tretinoin cream to improve the area. Gentle laser treatment with a 1064nm Nd:YAG laser can also help to improve the discolouration and texture.
