The assessment of scars for effective treatment results require first a clinical examination under good lighting. You seem to have a depressed peel rolling scar. I will need to check for its distensibility before advicing on subscision +/- filler or rejuran s (specifically for scars).
Essentially if a scar is distensible, then subscision +/- filler or rejuran can help to raise it before ablative fractional laser resurfacing can increase its scar improvement effectiveness. Results in experienced hands are permanent.
